Local Partnerships
It takes a village to bring you the Granite State's freshest, locally sourced breakfast and lunch. Meet our partners who help make it possible.

LaValley Farms
To the LaValley family, embracing the farming lifestyle and raising pasture-raised hens is just an extension of their belief in treating animals right and providing their community with the freshest local produce available. The hens at LaValley Farms are free to roam in healthy pastures year-round, and you can taste the difference in the eggs they lay.

Trailbend Farm
Our first team member turned local partner, Kyle Mangawang traded cooking free range eggs for raising the hens that lay them when he became the owner and operator of Trailbend Farm in 2018. Committed to animal welfare and ethical eating, Trailbend Farm provides free range eggs to our restaurants each week.

Contoocook Creamery
The Bohanan family has been caring for their land and cows since 1907, and the passion that started the farm in the first place has only grown stronger. In 2009, the fifth generation of family members launched Contoocook Creamery, a small business where they make and market their products themselves including the milk, cream, grass-fed beef, and free range eggs we serve at Tucker's.

Micro Mama's
A step above the rest, Micro Mama's is the only commercial micro brew fermenter in New England who naturally ferments the old-school way — in glass, and never plastic. A single ounce of Micro Mama’s organic sauerkraut or kimchi is more nutritionally dense than an entire cup of raw veggies, which is why we incorporate them in our bowls, salads, and sandwiches whenever we can.

Fuller's Sugarhouse
Fuller’s is dedicated to producing the highest quality, best tasting maple products and it shows. Collected first in Jefferson, NH before undergoing the boiling process at the sugarhouse, their pure Grade A Dark maple syrup is the best in the state. We wouldn’t pair our scratch-made buttermilk pancakes or French toast with anything else!

Robie Farm
Since its inception in 1870, seven generations of the Robie family have been working on the 150-acre farm. Today, Robie Farm produces some of the finest grass-fed beef and pork in the state including the sausage we use to make our signature sausage gravy.

Fireking Baking Company
The bakery started in 1995 with a mission to provide freshly baked European style breads, and now bakes over 300 types of artisan breads. We receive freshly baked breads from Fireking each day to bring you top-notch toast and sandwiches.

North Country Smokehouse
One of the few family-run smokehouses remaining in the country, North Country Smokehouse keeps it real — you won’t find any fillers, artificial flavors, MSG, liquid smoke, or dyes in their products. They have perfected their craft and stayed true to their roots. While the smokehouse provides artisanal meats and cheese to people all across the country, they still keep production local right here in New Hampshire.

Mitchell's Fresh
Corey Mitchell, the company’s Chief Salsa Officer (CSO), launched Mitchell’s Fresh in 2006. Today, Mitchell’s Fresh boasts fourteen fresh salsas and dips, as well as white and blue corn tortilla strips. All of Mitchell’s Fresh products are made by hand using only the finest and freshest ingredients that are still handpicked and purchased by Corey.

Renewal Garden & Compost
A passion project turned thriving business, Renewal Garden & Compost was established in 2021 with a mission to divert organic waste from landfills and back into the earth. Since its inception, Renewal has turned hundreds of thousands of pounds of would-be food waste into nutrient-rich soil. At Tucker's, our team composts eggshells, bread and produce scraps, meat and dairy scraps, coffee grounds, which are then picked up by their service each week.
